I'm a 28 year old married medical student who loves to fly fish and tie my own flies. I decided to start this blog to detail some of the patterns I'm tying over the winter of 2005-2006. In terms of medicine, I am primarily interested in rural family practice with a wide scope of practice. I have a very limited attention span, so I need a practice with a lot of variety, and I like the thought of taking care of newborns to the elderly.
